Casey competes at State wrestling meet

OMAHA — Quad County Northeast 195-pounder Kolby Casey suffered a first-day setback during his trip to the State Wrestling Tournament here last week.

Casey got turned on his back late in the first period of his opening match to lose by pin to David City Aquinas’ Paul Buresh.

The loss sent Casey into the wrestlebacks against Malcolm’s Riley Donahoo.

Casey was the only Quad County NE wrestler to qualify for State.
