Ponca State Park offers special Halloween event

PONCA – People are invited to enjoy the season of Halloween at Ponca State Park by coming to the 24th annual Hallowfest on Oct. 15.

Activities include crafts, a pumpkin-rolling contest, a pumpkin-carving contest, a haunted drive and a campground-decorating contest.
