It’s Fair Time
Cedar County Fair kicks off this week
HARTINGTON — Putting this year’s Cedar County Fair together has been more than a little challenging. Cedar County Ag Society members and other area volunteers have been putting in long hours at the fairgrounds ever since the March floods covered the fairgrounds with several feet of water, causing about $200,000 in damage by wiping out one building and damaging several other structures.
Once the water receded, several inches of mud had to be removed from all the buildings.
