Cupcakes brighten residents’ lives for Valentine’s Day

COLERIDGE — Cedar County 4-H members were invited to a cupcake decorating workshop hosted at Parkview Haven shortly after Valentine’s Day.
The event was a win-win for both residents and 4-H members.
“We decided this would be a good opportunity for both the residents and 4-H members,” said Tom Nelson, son of Parkview Haven resident Marge Nelson.
