Plan to get healthy with the Mayo Clinic Diet

OSMOND — I'll bet that you are all busy planning for the holidays. It's a great time of the year to spend time with family and friends, but sometimes the holiday foods, drinks, parties and gatherings lead to extra pounds and inches. That's NOT what we planned for. Let me ask you. . . how many of you are planning to stay healthy or get healthy this holiday season?

Now is the time to think about this and start making some plans.

The Mayo Clinic Diet is all about planning. Planning to eat smart. Planning to move more. Planning to live longer and healthier. Planning to make a permanent lifestyle change.
