Second-half surge carries Wynot over Wausa

WAUSA — Vikings football fell to 2-2 on the season, starting District play with a 38-17 loss to Wynot at home.

The Blue Devils held Wausa scoreless in the second half, recapturing the lead and holding onto it for the win. Wausa’s first half gave the home team a halftime lead though, 17-16.
