Lady Vikes wrap up season with successful trip to State
OMAHA — Paige Nissen closed out her high school career in style Saturday.
The 2019 Wausa High School graduate earned three medals at last weekend’s State Track Meet at Omaha Burke Stadium.
She flew across the finish line in third place in the 200-meter dash. She also claimed fourth in the 100-meter with a time of 12.96.
Nissen helped teammates Ruth Johnson, Kaitlyn Kumm, and Leah Bloomquist finish eighth in the 400-meter relay with a time of 53.49.
