Area Athletes attend basketball camp

COLUMBUS — Area athletes attended Mike Trader’s Mid-America Basketball Camp July 22-25 at the camp located in Columbus at Central Community College-Platte Campus.

Those in attendance where Mac Carlson, son of Chris and Nichole Carlson; Matthew Schindler, son of Tim and Jenn Schindler; Lincoln Thorell, son of Marty and Kristal Thorell; and Koy Kraft, son of Jared and Carrie Gillian. There were a total of 10 different leagues at the camp, including Boys Major League, Boys Red League, Boys White League, Boys Minor League, Boys Midget League, Girls Major League, Girls Red League, Girls White League, Girls Minor League, and Girls Midget League, and 14 different honors/ awards given.
