Work will begin on old school building in April

WAUSA - Monday’sWausa School Board meeting will go down in school history as the end of an era that spanned 106 years.

It was the final meeting in the old school building that was erected in 1913, 106 years ago.

By the time of the April meeting, they will have relocated to a different part of the school, with the new construction project about to begin.

During Brad Hoesing’s Superintendent report he noted that April 12 will be the last day in the old building, before classes are moved to their temporary locations for the final four weeks of the school year.
