Mail-in ballots improve Knox Co. voter turn-out
CENTER — Mail-in ballots are being credited with increasing voter turn-out in some parts of Knox County.
Knox County Clerk Joanne Fischer said she is not surprised to see the increase in voter turn-out in these precincts. Neighboring Cedar County has used the ballots in many precincts for years with great success, she said.
