Bazile Groundwater Management Area to host cover crop seeding demonstration

CREIGHTON — Are you looking for another alternative when planting cover crops? Does the harvest season timecrunch limit your ability to fully capitalize on the long-term benefits of using cover crops? If you answered yes to either of those questions, you’ll want to attend the field demonstration on Friday, September 20th near Creighton.

The Bazile Groundwater Management Area project team, along with the Nebraska Department of Environment & Energy, have teamed up to demonstrate an additional seeding option for producers using a highclearance applicator.
