Area restaurant marks 50 years of great memories, fantastic food

RANDOLPH — A northeast Nebraska institution is marking a milestone moment this weeek. It became clear that Gail Hansen had made memories at Jerry’s Hilltop, her family’s restaurant. And, you could tell by her gaze across the building, she was replaying them as she spoke. Putting people in the exact same place they had been years before. “This is a special place,” Gail said. “We’re truly blessed to have this family and to be working with my siblings; we’re still here … bringing people together.”
