LINCOLN — Tim Gragert, Creighton, was officially sworn in as the Dist. 40 state Senator Wednesday.
The 106th Legislature convened for the first time on Wednesday, Jan.9.
Gragert, 59, a retired National Guard Medivac helicopter pilot, won election to the seat in November.
