‘Tis the Season

Wausa area residents have had plenty of opportunities the past few weeks to get into the Holiday Spirit. Area residents came out in force Dec. 11 for the annual Christmas in Wausa event, which spilled through downtown Wausa. The Wausa Elementary School Christmas concert on Dec 7 was also a very popular event. (top, left) Vincent Vanness dressed up as part of a flock of sheep to be part of the Christmas play. (top) Preschool students Emmett Eifert, Harper Johnson, Jase Clausen, Heston Anderson and Cadence Vaughn performed jingle bells during the program. (above) Santa Claus came to Wausa to listen to the wish lists of area children, like Dayton Cunningham. (bottom left) Doug and Lori Munter helped provide trolley rides during the Christmas in Wausa event.
