Tigers stumble in game against Wynot

OSMOND — Slow going was the

story of the game for the Osmond

Tigers as they took on the Wynot

Blue Devils on Friday afternoon,

Oct. 9. They fell to Wynot 42-12.

The Tiger offense put up 271

yards of offense. They were led by

Patrick Vinson, who threw for 14/23

for 160 yards, one touchdown and

one interception.

The scoring came from Patrick

Vinson and his brother Alex Vinson.

Alex Vinson also had five receptions

for 105 yards. The Tigers

struggled to maintain and finish a

drive throughout the game.

The Tiger defense was led by

Alex Vinson with a total of 15

tackles against Wynot. The Tiger

King defense had their chances

to get some points with the play

of Bryan Solorzano’s interception

early in the second half, but did not

capitalize on it. The Tigers could

not seem to get timely stops and

allowed Wynot to score 42 total

points.

The Tigers have a short week and

finish the regular season at Elgin

Public-Pope John (EPPJ) at 7 p.m.

on Thursday, Oct. 15.
