Osmond Tigers fall to Elgin, 36-67

OSMOND — The Osmond Tigers played host to Elgin Public Pope John in the last regular season game of the year on Friday, Oct. 15. The Tigers fell to Elgin, 36-67.

The Tigers offensive attack was led by Patrick Vinson, who passed for 263 yards and two touchdowns. Patrick also led all rushers with 61 yards and two touchdowns.

Bryan Solorzano added a rushing touchdown of his own. Ryan Schmit led all receivers with 136 yards and a touchdown, Jaxon Vinson snagged a touchdown pass as well.

The defense was led by Alex Vinson who had 13.5 tackles, 10 solo and four of which were for a loss. Hunter Buchanan contributed to the defensive efforts with 12 tackles, 10 solo.

The Tigers head to Falls City to take on Falls City Sacred Heart on Thursday, Oct. 21, at 4 p.m.
