LAUREL — The LCC Lady Bears suffered a pair of setbacks in action last week.

The Lady Bears dropped a 53-32 decision at Hartington Thursday to Cedar Catholic, then fell at home Friday 55-49 to Winnebago.

The Orange and Black came out of the locker room fired up and responded by matching Cedar point for point in the third quarter, ending the frame at 15-15. Cedar outscored the Lady Bears 8-6 in the final frame to earn the nonconference win.

The LCC offense was led in the contest by Kinsey Hall, who popped in eight points. Erica Wolfgram chipped in with seven points.
