Lady Bears fall in L&C Tny. quarterfinals

The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Lady Bears’ hopes to win the Lewis & Clark Conference title came up short Tuesday, as they dropped a 64-51 decision to Homer in the quarterfinals.

Also scoring were Delaney Ehlers with six, Mollie Schutte with five and Haley Christensen with four.

Hall led the team in rebounds with five and steals with seven. Schutte and Jordynn Urwiler both had three rebounds and Christensen had two steals.

On Friday, LCC defeated Creighton 56-49 as three Lady Bears finished in double figures.
