Students earn Academic All-State Awards

LINCOLN — Five Osmond Tiger student-athletes received NCPA Academic All-State awards for fall activities recently, as part of the state’s continued effort to recognize outstanding achievement within its member schools.

Of the Osmond student-athletes, two were nominated for boys’ cross country, two for volleyball and one for one-acts. Unified Bowling and girls’ cross country will be named at a later date.

The sponsor from each activity was responsible for nominating students participating in his or her given activity based on high academic achievement.

Those honored included juniors Robert Aschoff and Karter Johnson for boys’ cross country, seniors Grace Gansebom and Bailey Schmit for volleyball, and senior Kaden Polt for one-acts.
