Speech team travels to Norfolk

WAUSA — The Wausa Speech Team competed at the Norfolk Panther Classic, and it was a Class A meet, with some amazing individual results.

The team as a whole finished sixth out of 26 teams. I want to also recognize that Tyler Baue received fourth in Individual Sweepstakes which means he scored fourth highest in points out of the whole meet. It’s great that our kids don’t get scared of big competition, they use it to make themselves better and strive for more. It was a good day to be a Viking Coach.
