Speech has begun

WYNOT —The Randolph speech team started with a bang on February 8. Traveling to Wynot, the three competitors did quite well. Congratulations to Abbie Steffen, Alexander Heiman, and Tyson Junck for earning medals in ALL their events on Saturday! Abbie earned first place in serious prose, Alexander placed second in serious prose, first in poetry, and third with Tyson in duet acting, Tyson also placed first in humorous prose. Not everyone was able to compete on Saturday but the rest of the team will be competing this weekend in Osmond. Others include Lily Umberger in informative speaking and one OID group consisting of Emmalee Harder, Natalie Munter, Jenna Albers, Baylie Shearer, and Keely Pinkelman. It may be a small group but they are mighty! Great way to start the season!
