School meals delivered

OSMOND — Since school has been closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, school meals are being delivered in Osmond. Osmond Community School (OCS) Principal Kurt Polt shared this information: After the first three days of deliveries, the average number of meals delivered is 80, but the actual number is different every day. Kitchen staff from both Osmond Community School and St. Mary’s Catholic School are working together to prepare the meals. Our dedicated para educators are delivering the meals. Children in the homes of Osmond students age one through 18 are eligible. Regular school meals from the school menu are being delivered. Parents of students from OCS and St. Mary’s are reminded to call the school before 3 p.m. the day before if they would like meals delivered or sign up through the link on the school web page, www.osmondtigers.org.
