School to live-stream Veterans Day program

OSMOND — The Osmond Republican was notified late last week that, although there will be no Veterans Day program as it is usually celebrated here in town, Osmond Community School will have a short student/staff only Veterans Day program that will be live-streamed to the public.

The program will be available to watch at one’s convenience on the school’s YouTube channel, Tiger TV, at https://www.youtube.com/c/TigerTVoztigers. Pictures and information from that program will be printed in next week’s issue of the Republican.

In the meantime, I have compiled some information about Armistice Day, later known as Veterans Day, taken from the Osmond Republican files. That article is printed elsewhere on this page.
