Preschool class tours Schmit Home Solutions

RANDOLPH — The Randolph Preschool class took a field trip this past week and visited Schmits Home Solutions east of Randolph. The students got to see Jason Schmit’s whole shop, including the greenhouse. Schmit showed the students the tools he uses and how they operate.

Stations were set up for the students to saw, hammer, use a drill, work with screws and bolts, and sand. Each student selected a piece of wood that was provided and built a boat of their own.
