Local students earn honors at District Music Contest

HARTINGTON — The LCC choir, directed by Jenni Lundahl, received high marks at the recent District Music Contest here.

The Mixed Choir earned an Excellent rating, as did the Show Choir.

Receiving Good ratings at the event were: Branden Meyer and Skylar Crooker for a vocal duet.

Theses students earned District Music Contest Excellent ratings for vocal solo: Rachel Ebmeier, Branden Meyer, Kylla Klausen, Emma Sohler, Jackson Hall, Logan Jackson. Excellent ratings for vocal duet were awarded to: Kylla Klausen/Emma Sohler, Rachel Ebmeier/Andrea Schilousky

Earning a District Music Contest Superior Rating were: Deagan Puppe, for vocal solo; Trevin Boysen/Deagan Puppe, for vocal duet.
