LCC students to take part in Jan. 25 L&C Honor Band

HARTINGTON — The Lewis & Clark Conference Honor Band will be held at Hartington Newcastle Public School on Saturday, Jan. 25. 

Students will start the day with chair placement auditions. 

There will be two bands: a freshmen-sophomore (9-10) band and a junior senior (11-12) band. 

The Laurel Concord Coleridge students accepted, by band director nomination, are 9-10 band members: Izabella Kock-flute; Sarah Karnes and London Van Cleave-clarinet; Sidney Groene-alto saxophone; Delaney Hall-baritone; Dillon Olson-percussion and 11-12 Band Members: Trace Naeve-alto saxophone; Cody Martin-barai saxophone; Ethan Cross and Tyler Lubberstedt-trumpet; Israhel Vance-trombone; Kaden Swanson-tuba; Matthew Nelson-percussion. 

The concert will be at 4:30 p.m. in the Hartington Newcastle gym.
