Cardinal Kids Learning Center Golf Tournament was successful event

RANDOLPH — The Cardinal Kids Learning Center (CKLC) held a fundraiser golf tournament on Sunday, June 28th , at the Randolph Community Golf Course. CKLC, a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, has until 2020 year’s end to raise $25,000 that will be matched by a grant from the Randolph Area Foundation.

The tournament was part of the $25,000 campaign. The tournament format was a two person scramble, with each team consisting of one adult and one youth 18 or under. A total of 26 teams participated, some playing 9 holes, and others playing 18 holes.

Winners in the 9 hole event were Tyler Tunink and Corbin Wattier team, with Ryan Kelly and Tyson Kelly team coming in 2 nd . Theresa Schnoor and Carter Schnoor team were first place winners in the 18 hole, with Marcus Papenhausen and Drew Sharpe team claiming 2 nd place.

Three fundraising events have been held for the CKLC in 2020; a fish fry, auction, and golf tournament. Each event had great community support and the CKLC Board of Directors appreciates all the donations and volunteers.
