Brandon Backhaus defeated Josh Rayford, 209-174, to earn the second Council seat.
Four people were vying for three seats on the Belden Village Board.
Janice Wobbenhorst was the top vote-getter with 47 votes. Robert Patefield came in second with 43 votes.
A write-in candidate, Ralph Surber, Jr., had the third most votes, with 37 people choosing him for the post. The write-in outdistanced Angie Ohlrich and Ron Stapelman for the seat.
