Mid-distance runners lead the way for Randolph girls

BATTLE CREEK — The Randolph track and field team competed at the Battle Creek Invite last Monday.

The girls team earned fourth place with 35 points, while the boys’ team scored 54 points for a fifth place finish.

Mid-distance runners led the way for the girls’ team, with the 4x800 team earning first place in the relay race. Charlie Winkelbauer, Emma Bermel, Keely Pinkelman, and Addison Villwok ran a 10:52 to edge out Norfolk Catholic by four seconds.
