10 and Under Boys put together good run in Laurel

LAUREL - On Saturday, June 22, the Randolph Cardinal boys 10-and-under baseball team participated in their league tournament in Laurel.

The day started out with pool play. The first team Randolph had to face was Plainview.

Logan Lienemann was the starting pitcher for the Cardinals. He threw four complete innings. Ryan Engel came in as the closer for the game. Randolph won 3-2. Ryan Engel, Logan Lienemann and Milo Rayford all scored for the Cardinals.

In the second game, the Randolph Cardinals played against Winside, winning 8-4 in two extra innings.
