Area students and residents earn degrees from NECC

NORFOLK — The 46th Commencement of Northeast Community College took place on Saturday, May 11, at 10 a.m., in the Cox Activities Center on the Norfolk campus. As of Wednesday, May 1, some 923 students earned 1,027 degrees; 68 students earned two degrees, 12 earned three degrees and four earned four degrees. Robert Thomas, Johnstown, PA, gave the student address.
