R.O.A.R. to host “Blast from the Past”

RANDOLPH — Randolph’s annual Christmas celebration is returning to the good old days.

Blast From the Past will be held here Friday, Dec. 7, from 5-8 p.m., at the Randolph City Auditorium.

Funds raised during the evening will go toward the Tami Gosch Benefit.

She has been a lifelong member of Randolph and has fallen on some hard times. Becoming ill with medical bills piling up, she is needing a helping hand.

The Pancake Man will once again be on hand to serve up pancakes for hungry area residents.

Vendors will also be available for Holiday shopping, along with Silent Auction items.

And, everybody needs to bring their cameras to take photos with Santa, who will be arriving in Randolph at approximately 5 p.m.

He is expected to take a quick tour around town before making his appearance at the auditorium to visit with all the area residents.

R.O.A.R. has also lined up trolley rides through town, from 5-8:30 p.m., to look at the Christmas lights in the community.

There will be hot chocolate and cookies served during the trolley rides, which are all scheduled to depart from the auditorium.

Check page 8 in this week’s issue of the Randolph Times for a more complete listing and to see special deals area merchants have in mind for the special night.
