Residents will use all-mail ballots to vote on Floodplain project
RANDOLPH — The Randolph City Council met in special session Thursday to set the election date for mail-in ballots to city residents.
According to County Clerk Dave Dowling, the earliest and most affordable opportunity is to use a mail ballot with an Oct. 3 date.
Voters will be asked to support an expense of $4.8 million to remove Randolph from the floodplain. This figure represents the 35 percent share of the total $14, 395,723 project.
