Randolph Mayor in court again

HARTINGTON — Randolph Mayor Dwayne Schutt appeared in Cedar County District Court Monday for a pre-trial hearing.

Schutt faces multiple felony charges related to the alleged sexual assault of a minor. The incidents allegedly took place over a two-year period.
