Randolph City Council makes its annual appointments

RANDOLPH — It was a pretty quick City Council meeting in Randolph last Wednesday, with the main news being the passing of the torch to new mayor George Bradley.

Now former mayor Dwayne Schutt ran the first half of the meeting before Bradley was sworn in.  

The bills were approved, including Pay Application No. 3 for $88,908.40 to Christiansen Construction Co., LLC for all stored materials and work completed to date on the wastewater treatment facility.
