NRD Board approves new budget

HARTINGTON — The Lewis & Clark Natural Resources District (LCNRD) has maintained a positive record on financial respectability and provides the following figures from its most recent budget. The LCNRD budget is increasing slightly in fiscal year 2020 to cover the cost of programs, Bow and Bazile Creek Watershed Project leaves the implementation of rules and regulations to manage groundwater quantity and quality. The tax requirement reflects an increase from last year; LCNRD includes the majority of Cedar, Dixon and Knox Counties.
