Kuhl is appointed to City Council seat

RANDOLPH — With a decision by the mayor and approved by the City Council, the city of Randolph has officially appointed its first female member of the City Council ever.Kalynda
Kuhl will now be the newest Randolph City Council Member, replacing Chad Winkelbauer. She joins Brad Bargstadt, Scott Wattier and Tim Lemmons as Council members.
