Hilltop begins year-long celebration to mark their 50th anniversary

RANDOLPH — A year-long celebration began Monday night, March 4 at Jerry’s Hilltop. The local restaurant and convenience store is celebrating 50 years of business this year. They hosted a painting party Saturday as part of the celebration. Approximately 45 women came together to paint a door hanger and enjoyed some amazing appetizers and desserts. Several other special events are being planned throughout the year at Jerry’s Hilltop. Jerry’s Hilltop was first opened by Jerry Albers in 1969. Since then dozens of family members and hundreds of area residents have worked at the local eatery, which has become a Northeast Nebraska travel destination spot.
