City Council approves permit for Veterans’ Memorial

RANDOLPH — Monday’s special meeting of the Randolph City Council boiled down to this:

Two consent agenda items, four council members, and just three minutes.

That’s all it took for Tim Lemmons, Brandon Backhaus, Brad Bargstadt, and Kalynda Kuhl to approve the consent agenda unanimously. Mayor George Bradley was absent.
