Osmond Tigers lose to Bears in Homecoming game

OSMOND — The Osmond Tiger football team fell to the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Bears 40-20 on Friday, Sept. 20 in Osmond on Homecoming.

Although the Tigers struggled once in a while to overcome penalties and some other mistakes, overall the Tigers played with intenand heart sity

against a Bears team that was bigger and more talented.

“The great part about our team is that it’s full of young men who have character. Regardless of the situation, we have a group of guys who will try their hardest,” Tiger Head Coach Scott Morrison said.

The Tigers took possession on the game’s opening drive at their own 15-yard line, and after first a down, the Tigers punted the ball to the Bears.
