Crowd gathers to discuss new school district activity center

OSMOND — A crowd of about 45 persons gathered at Osmond Community School on Monday, Aug. 19, for the informational meeting regarding building a new activity center at the school. After welcoming the group, School Board PresidentMichelleReikofskiturned the meeting over to members of the committee that had been studying the issue: board members Aaron von Rentzell, Tyler Gansebom and Mark Moes.

Gansebom explained that they had been working on the idea of a new activity center after it had been brought up at earlier engagement meetings. He encouraged anyone interested in the project to sign up to join the committee.
