Not too late to sign up for the Mayo Clinic Diet, say program organizers

OSMOND — Have the holidays been naughty or nice to you? I would guess that many of you have said, “After the holidays, I’m going to make a New Year’s resolution to lose weight and get healthy again.”
Self-improvement, or at least the desire for it, is why at least 45% of us make a New Year’s resolution. The fact is that only a fraction, 8%, achieve their New Year’s goals.
