This is a light dusting?

What was SUPPOSED to be a light dusting of snow turned into about 3” of snow on Thursday and Friday of last week. It was enough to cause a 10 a.m. late start for Osmond schools and postponement of the Veterans Day program scheduled for Friday morning. With a high of 21 degrees Friday, it turned our cool and wet autumn weather into an early winter.
