Legion Auxiliary makes plans for the Christmas season

OSMOND — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 326 gathered with American Legion members on Tuesday, Nov. 14, for a 7 p.m. potluck dinner. During the meal, members heard comments from the 2017 Boys’ State representative, Drew Krienert. He reported on a very interesting and enjoyable time. He commented on his interest in the election process and the friendships he gained.

At 8 p.m., the two groups separated for their respective meetings. The formal meeting of the auxiliary was conducted by President Leoma Fuelberth, who led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance, singing of the “National Anthem” and reciting the Preamble to the Auxiliary Constitution. Eleven members answered roll call and two guests were present. The auxiliary has received $15 from Nebraska Life magazine renewals for its members.
