Laurel groups help restore Hilpipre home in Osmond

OSMOND — The Laurel-Concord Ministerial Association (LCMA) teamed up with EPIC Youth Ministry to help a family from Osmond put the finishing touches on their house so they can finally move home after the March flood.

Kervin and Sherrie Hilpipre had been displaced since the flood waters brought mud and water all throughout their basement and some of the first level of their house.
