ERA Premier Team rents front window

Those strolling along the sidewalk on State Street may have noticed something new in the front window of the Osmond Republican. ERA Premier Team realtors Jim Schmit and Erica Frahm are renting the window to promote ERA and Schmit Auction Service. Real estate listings will rotate on a TV screen in the window, and brochures and contact information will be available at the counter. The Republican staff would like to welcome Jim (left) and Erica, pictured above with Jim’s grandson, Dex Frahm.
