District 42R board prepares for the 2019-20 school year

OSMOND — The District 42R Board of Education met on Monday, Aug. 12, with much of its discussion centering on the beginning of the 2019-20 school year. Before the meeting started, board members got a look at the FCS room, which has been remodeled during the summer.

Principal Gives Report

Principal Kurt Polt shared a report on school enrollment numbers for the coming term. He also reported on teacher in-service days which were held Monday through Wednesday this week; elementary open house Tuesday, Aug. 13; Chromebook checkout Wednesday, Aug. 14, and the first day of school on Thursday, Aug. 15.
