Bob and Anita Stange are Osmond Citizens of the Year

OSMOND — Each year since the first Summerfest celebration was held in 1999, an Outstanding Citizen has been named. This year, a well-deserving couple was named Osmond’s Outstanding Citizens. Bob and Anita Stange were introduced prior to the grand parade on Sunday, June 23, and were joined on a parade float by this year’s Farm Family, Roger and Patty Timmerman.
