Cyril Joseph “Cy” Promes

CROFTON — Cyril Joseph “Cy” Promes, 61, Crofton, died Jan. 8, 2022, at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D. He is the husband of Mary Ann.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Jan. 12, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Crofton, with the Rev. Jim Keiter officiating.

Burial will be at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Crofton.

Visitation will be Tuesday, at church, 5-7 p.m., with a vigil service at 7 p.m. Following the vigil service there will not be a receiving line to greet the family. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, at church, one hour prior to services.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home, Crofton.
