RHS runners compete at Pender

PENDER — The Randolph cross country team headed to Pender last week for a 3.1-mile race featuring 55 boys and Gabe Wortman came away as the top runner for the Cardinals.

Wortman ran the race in 21:36 for 29th place to pace the Randolph contingent which also included Justin Guenther (22:24), Brayden Shearer (23:36) and Jake Harder (24:22).

Mason Blickenstaff’s 9:13 run was good enough to lead the Junior High squad as he finished in 19th place to head the crew of harriers that included Dylan Schutt (9:19) and Brayden Graham (9:39).
